Fortune does not collect any Personal Data. The application is fully offline: it requests no runtime permissions, declares no INTERNET permission, and makes no network calls of any kind. All game progress — balance, statistics, VIP tier, streaks — is stored locally on Your device using Android DataStore and is never transmitted anywhere.
Because the Service operates entirely on-device, We do not collect, process, share, or sell any Personal Data or Usage Data, and there are no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs integrated into the application.
Use of Your Data
As no data leaves Your device, the Company has no ability to use, share, or disclose any Personal Data related to Your use of the Service.
Retention of Data
All game data is retained locally on Your device for as long as the application remains installed, or until You clear the application's data or storage through Your device settings. Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored data.
Delete Your Data
You may delete all data associated with Fortune at any time by clearing the application's storage in Your device settings or by uninstalling the application. Because no data is transmitted to the Company, there is no server-side record for Us to delete on Your behalf.
Security
The security of Your data is important to Us. As Fortune stores all data locally and transmits nothing over a network, the risks associated with data transmission and server-side storage do not apply to this Service.
Children's Privacy
Fortune is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under the age of 18 — as stated above, the Service does not collect any Personal Data from any user, regardless of age.
